财新：6万枚比特币钱志敏洗钱案资产处置陷僵局，听证会将于2月16日举行

PANews 2月12日消息，据财新报道，8300名中国受害者申请索赔6万枚比特币钱志敏洗钱案资产处置陷僵局，多家律所代理、各自为战，在英国法官看来存在重复提交、反复辩论、程序被拉长等问题，而律师费也水涨船高，最终需要由中国受害者支付。

据悉，农历丙午马年除夕和大年初一(2026年2月16日、17日)，英国高等法院将举行一场涉案金额超300亿元人民币、关乎近13万中国受害者的听证会，这便是备受关注的6万枚比特币洗钱案的资产处置程序。此外，比特币价格波动较大，6万枚比特币的市值从2025年10月6日的最高约540亿元人民币，已缩水至2026年2月初的约310亿元人民币。
