PANews 2月5日消息，据彭博社报道，加密交易所Gemini表示，计划裁减至多25%的员工，此前其宣布 逐步停止在英国、欧盟和澳大利亚的业务 ，理由是此举旨在降低成本并提高盈利能力。裁员将影响其全球员工中的多达200个职位，其中包括美国和新加坡的员工。
Gemini联合创始人Tyler和Cameron Winklevoss表示：“由于各种原因，这些海外市场已被证明很难取胜，我们发现自己疲于应对组织和运营的复杂性，这推高了我们的成本结构，拖慢了我们的速度。”
