特朗普：希望沃什能降低利率

PANews 2月1日消息，据金十报道，当地时间周六，美国总统特朗普在“空军一号”上对记者表示，他认为自己提名的美联储主席人选凯文·沃什有望赢得部分民主党参议员的支持，并称沃什是“高素质人选”，应能顺利通过参议院确认程序。特朗普表示，他预期若提名获得确认，沃什将会降低利率，其依据是沃什在采访及其他场合的表态。当被问及沃什是否就此作出任何承诺时，特朗普回应称：“我不想那样做。我也不能那样做。”
