PANews 1月22日消息，据CoinDesk报道，去中心化社交协议Farcaster联合创始人Dan Romero宣布，Farcaster将由其早期基础设施建设者Neynar全面接管，包括协议智能合约、代码库、移动应用及AI代币发行平台Clanker。Farcaster曾于2024年获得Paradigm与a16z投资的1.5亿美元，但始终未能实现可持续增长。创始人Romero与部分Merkle团队成员将退出日常运营，Neynar将推出以开发者为中心的新路线图。
