香港业界反对加强资管类虚拟资产牌照监管，称恐阻碍传统机构入场

PANews 1月20日消息，香港证券期货专业协会（HKSFPA）公开反对监管机构拟取消9号牌资管机构虚拟资产投资“豁免门槛”的提案，指出该措施将迫使即便仅配置1%比特币的基金也需申请完整虚拟资产管理牌照，造成不成比例的合规成本，恐打击传统资管机构探索加密资产意愿。此外，该协会亦批评拟要求仅通过持牌托管人托管资产的做法，或限制Web3风投基金运作，并呼吁引入自托管与境外托管灵活安排。
