百慕大宣布将打造全球首个完全链上国家经济体系

PANews 1月20日消息，据Circle官网，百慕大政府在达沃斯世界经济论坛上宣布，计划在Circle与Coinbase支持下建设全球首个完全链上的国家经济体系。该计划将通过稳定币USDC推广数字支付、资产代币化与金融教育，缓解本地支付成本高、基础设施受限问题。Circle与Coinbase将为政府、银行、商户等提供区块链基础设施与工具。该倡议基于百慕大2018年出台的数字资产监管框架。
