PANews 1月19日消息，据新华社道，1月19日在京举行的全国检察长会议上，最高人民检察院对充分运用法治力量服务高质量发展等方面作出部署。最高检要求，检察机关要依法维护经济金融安全，严惩严重经济犯罪，促进营造法治化营商环境。最高检要求，严惩走私出口战略矿产等犯罪，维护国家战略利益；会同金融监管总局等依法治理金融领域非法中介乱象，严惩非法集资、金融诈骗等犯罪，全链条打击金融“黑灰产”，保障金融稳健运行，保护人民群众财产安全；加大反洗钱工作力度，突出惩治利用地下钱庄、虚拟币洗钱等犯罪。最高检提出，会同中国证监会深化资本市场法治建设，完善证券检察派驻工作机制，从严惩治财务造假、操纵市场等证券犯罪，维护资本市场安全。
