PANews 1月17日消息，财新网刊登中国社会科学院世界经济与政治研究所副所长张明署名文章《应对加密货币挑战，中国可以采取哪些措施》，其中指出中国作为全球第二大经济体及新兴数字金融强国，有必要在全球数字货币治理中发挥更积极的作用，可首先从内部着手，完善自身应对体系，包括加快数字人民币的发展与应用、促进加密货币监管的智能化与精准化并尽快推动统一的国际监管标准（如反加密货币洗钱规则）的制定与落地、以及重新审视加密货币领域创新与监管的平衡，在可控范围内促进稳定币与传统金融体系的融合，CBDC领域的国际研发与合作和加密货币领域的国际监管合作亟须加强，
