PANews 1月15日消息，据澎湃新闻报道，迅雷公司（Nasdaq：XNET）向前CEO陈磊及其核心团队提起诉讼，指控其侵害公司利益，追索金额高达2亿元，目前该案已被深圳相关法院受理立案。陈磊还涉嫌挪用公司数千万资金用于国家明令禁止的非法炒币。为逃避调查，陈磊已于2020年4月初出境。
