PANews 1月12日消息，据Strategy Inc提交的Form 8-K文件披露，公司在2026年1月5日至11日期间通过ATM（按市价发行计划）出售股份所得资金购买了13,627枚比特币，总金额约为12.471亿美元，平均购买价为91,519美元/枚。截至2026年1月11日，公司共持有687,410枚比特币，累计购入总额约为518亿美元，平均购入成本为75,353美元/枚
