PANews 1月11日消息，据 Coindesk 报道，田纳西州监管机构已下令 Kalshi、Polymarket 和 Crypto.com 停止向该州居民提供体育赛事合同，指控这些公司在没有获得必要许可证的情况下经营，违反了该州的赌博法。
这些公司目前已在美国商品期货交易委员会 (CFTC) 注册为指定合约市场，为用户提供根据体育赛事结果购买合约的功能。 但根据田纳西州的《体育博彩法》，任何接受体育赛事投注的实体都必须持有州政府颁发的许可证。
