PANews 1月7日消息，据Finance Feeds报道，美国加密货币行业的立法格局已迎来关键转折点，参议院银行委员会正式将《数字资产市场透明度法案》（简称CLARITY法案，又名加密市场结构法案）的审议日期定于2026年1月15日（周四）。委员会主席、来自南卡罗来纳州的共和党人Tim Scott在1月初一系列紧张的闭门会议后宣布了这一决定。Scott参议员强调，无论遇到何种困难，委员会都将推进正式投票。共和党领导层将这一截止日期视为战略必要之举，他们正争分夺秒，赶在1月30日联邦政府关键支出截止日期前完成立法工作，否则可能引发新一轮政府停摆。委员会希望通过下周四的投票，在现任政府保持积极支持加密货币的势头之际，将法案提交参议院全体会议审议。
