PANews 12月28日消息，香港特区政府财政司司长陈茂波发表司长随笔《昂首迈向新一年》，其中提到，资产市场方面2025年港股连续第二年上升，截至上周恒生指数收报25818点，较去年底升约29%，以升幅计将是自2017年以来表现最好的年份。资产及财富管理业务方面，今年前9个月在香港注册成立的证监会认可基金的资金净流入超过410亿美元，已较去年全年的数字升超过1.5倍。此外，香港将加快培育人工智能作为本港核心产业，丰富本港金融市场的多元面向，包括加速发展固定收益及货币市场、绿色金融、金融科技，以至积极开拓包括大宗商品贸易和国际黄金交易等新机遇。
