PANews 12月12日消息，Figure Technology Solutions近日已向美国证券交易委员会（SEC）递交注册声明，计划发行可在区块链上本地交易的股票（Blockchain Stock），该类股票将直接在区块链基础设施上清算和结算，持有人可在去中心化环境中自持与交易。
