PANews 12月10日消息，据Strategy提交给MSCI的公开信显示，该公司强烈反对MSCI拟将数字资产占总资产超50%的公司排除在全球可投资市场指数之外的提案。信中指出，DATs如Strategy是运营公司而非投资基金，具备业务创新能力与实际收入来源。该提案将对创新与资本形成构成不当干预，削弱美国在数字资产领域的领导地位，并影响数十亿美元的被动资金配置。Strategy建议MSCI延长咨询期，并避免歧视性规则 。
