According to BlockBeats, on July 1st, Hyperinsight monitoring showed that Bloom Energy (BE), a leading fuel cell company, continued its strong performance in "AI power trading," surging 17.88% in a single day. It is currently trading at $325.63 on the Hyperliquid platform, with a cumulative increase of approximately 280% this year, completing the narrative shift from "clean energy" to "AI power supply."
In terms of news, Bloom Energy and Brookfield have expanded their strategic partnership, increasing the financing framework for power projects from $5 billion to $25 billion, a five-fold increase in the scale of the cooperation.
The overall order book on Hyperliquid is relatively small, with a roughly balanced supply and demand. The total notional short position size is approximately $1.1 million, 1.26 times that of the long position ($900,000). The average price for long positions is approximately $293.37, and for short positions, it's approximately $295.68. The most recent long liquidation level is at $281.04, about 13.7% below the current price. Currently, there are no whales with positions exceeding one million dollars on the blockchain.
According to BlockBeats, on July 1, nearly 1,700 UK investors filed a lawsuit against Binance and its founder CZ, seeking £150 million (approximately $200 million) in damages, accusing the trading platform of offering and selling crypto derivatives without regulatory approval.
KP Law, the law firm representing investors, stated that Binance's leveraged tokens, futures contracts, and options products violated the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 and continued to be offered to retail clients even after the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) banned such products from being offered to retail clients in January 2021. The firm stated, "There appears to be no effective barrier preventing UK clients from accessing these products."
Binance stated that it will "defend these claims through appropriate legal proceedings" and that it "remains committed to fulfilling its obligations to users and operating in accordance with applicable laws." According to Reuters, the lawsuit has been filed in the London High Court, with Binance affiliate Nest Exchange and "unidentified persons" also named as defendants.
It is understood that one affected customer, Tomas Sutas, had invested over £100,000 (approximately $132,400) in Binance derivatives, which subsequently became worthless. Several other UK users have lost tens of thousands of pounds through related products. KP Law stated that they are still confirming the full scope of affected customers.
According to BlockBeats, on July 1st, according to on-chain analyst Yu Jin, with Pump.fun transferring another 16.43 million USDT to Kraken 7 hours ago, approximately $770 million of the stablecoins (USDC and USDT) it obtained through the PUMP public offering last July have flowed into CEXs.
In addition, Pump.fun has recently resumed selling its transaction fee revenue. Since mid-May, it has transferred 342,500 SOL transaction fee revenues to Kraken, worth approximately $27.59 million.
