The project introduced a new incentive scheme in which 20 per cent of 22 per cent of the total supply of SDN is awarded to holders who lock in KSM, with the remaining 2 per cent for bonuses. In order to encourage people to join zhongdai early, the earlier they join zhongdai, the higher the bonus rate will be. KSM holders who lock their KSM tokens will automatically receive SDN tokens, which will be locked up for one month and released linearly for the next ten months. During linear release, token holders can pledge SDN tokens to the network, earning Staking. SDN tokens will be delivered within 1 month of winning the auction and distributed immediately.
