The MILC platform (Licensed Content for the Media Industry), formed by the merger of German media company Welt der Wunder GmbH, aims to provide an open new market for every professional and non-professional content provider and purchaser combining broadcast, blockchain and AI technologies. 
 Platform features include: content licensing, content management, content marketing and distribution, AI subtitles, governance, audience engagement, frame-by-frame video player. 
It addresses four fundamental and important challenges in the global media industry: global usability, buyer discovery, complex licensing, and early feedback from viewers. 
MLT (Media Licensing Token) acts as a payment and contract signing medium because communities reward vehicles and platform governance tokens.

Co-founder and Managing Director Nelson Seo is co-founder and Managing Director. Nelson has more than 25 years of experience in commodities, derivatives, bond trading and investment banking. Since founding Fermat Capital in 2001 with his brother John, they have worked together to develop methods for real-time valuation, pricing and active trading of catastrophe bonds, evolving the firm from a start-up to a leading investment manager dedicated to ILS. Nelson has extensive trading experience as a senior market maker, having previously managed the precious metals trading and sales division of Warburg Dillon Read. While at Warburg Dillon Read, Nelson also designed structured transactions and served as director of e-commerce development for UBS Warburg's Treasury Products division. Before that, he was. Connor& Senior options market maker for fx and precious metals. Associates/Swiss Bank Corporation, traded on the Philadelphia Stock Exchange and subsequently established and managed SBC's field operations on COMEX. Nelson received his BACHELOR's degree in Economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (1990).
