Yanxi Gu holds an MBA from University of Texas (Austin), a master's degree from University of Notre Dame and a bachelor's degree in physics from Shandong University. She is also the founder and chairman of DAEX. Yanxi Gu has experience in strategic analysis, operations management and system development at various financial companies and Internet finance companies in the United States and China. He served as deputy Director of information technology of Huatai United Securities and COO of several financial service companies. He led the development of several core systems supporting securities brokerage business, investment banking and research business. The broker business management platform he participated in and led won the Science and Technology Award of securities futures industry issued by the Securities Industry Association. While at Options Clearing Corporation, He was directly involved in the development of ENCORE, the core clearing system for the US options trading market. While at SUPPLY chain management company I2 Technologies, he led the development of the company's most profitable B2B platform product, RCP. Gu Yanxi began to study blockchain application in 2016. He was very familiar with clearing business and started DEAX with other team partners, hoping to use blockchain to reconstruct infrastructure construction, from digital asset custody, unified clearing and settlement, distributed wallet to decentralization and strong trust.
