Mines of Dalarnia

Mines of Dalarnia is a procedurally generated level action adventure game. Players mine and combine various items in the game, improving their skills and equipment to unlock the secrets of the universe of Mines of Dalarnia, while searching for rare items. In Dalarnia, players can explore different terrain, mine rare resources, and friends can play together in the Dalarnia world.

Mines of Dalarnia is built on the Chromia network, and any other supported game built on the network can share assets between different game worlds. As the number of games in an ecosystem grows, developers can form complex synergies between multiple games. The development team behind Mines of Dalarnia hopes that this funding initiative will accelerate this growth and create an immersive, powerful and resilient metasomes game.

The game was developed by Workinman Interactive, a leading game studio with over 15 years of industry experience and world-class partners including Disney, Atari, Pepsi and others.

Mines of Dalarnia Gameplay is divided into two modes: Mining gameplay, a 2D platformer mining game where the player controls the character and guides them through procedurally generated levels (plots), Mines various earth blocks, and discovers and collects various mineral rareoccurrences. The collected minerals are then used to level up the character through mining equipment and character attributes. The collected minerals can also be used to make a refinery, which in the real estate game requires leasing a piece of land, a management-style interface where players can buy and lease levels/plots for others to mine. Mines of Dalarnia was definitely one of the first builders of blockchain games, and the current testnet is publicly playable.
