Linear Finance

Linear Finance (LINA) is a cross-chain compatible Delta-One asset protocol.

For clarity, delta refers to the sensitivity of the derivative price to changes in the underlying asset. For this reason, delta-one is when there is no (or very small) difference between the price of a derivative and the underlying asset.

Actually, Linear Finance is a DeFi protocol that allows users to create, trade, mortgage, and earn composite digital assets, tokoinized derivatives that simulate the value of underlying instruments such as Tesla shares or gold ETFs. And provide investors with exposure to the asset without actually owning it.

There is usually a delay or difference in the prices of the two instruments because they are not trading actual assets, but contracts or synthetic assets based on them.

However, Linear solves this problem through cross-chain compatibility. Leverage a combination of Ethereum and chains compatible with the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM). Currently, binance Smart Chain (BSC) will be integrated with Polkadot and other DLT (Distributed Ledger technology) networks in the future, allowing DeFi project's prognosticators to refresh prices at a very high frequency and low cost.

Thus, this architecture enables cross-chain composability and compatibility between various DeFi protocols, allowing Linear users to trade the composite asset (LIQUIDS) instantly and cost-effectively.

Plus, because transactions are nearly instantaneous, Linear is a Delta-One protocol that has zero slippage, eliminating the risk of a malicious party preempting a user's billing strategy.
