According to BlockBeats, on August 5th, CryptoQuant analyst Axel Adler Jr released his August Bitcoin market outlook, stating that BTC has currently retraced about 50% from its cycle high of $126,200 reached in October 2025, and the price is now close to the overall on-chain holding cost. He expects the price to likely maintain a volatile trend in August.
The report suggests that the most likely scenario in August (approximately 55% probability) is that BTC will trade between $57,700 and $67,000, potentially closing at $60,000 to $64,000 by the end of the month. A bearish scenario (30% probability) involves a drop below $57,700, further testing the on-chain implementation price of around $52,800. A bullish scenario (15% probability) requires BTC to hold above $67,000, coupled with continued ETF inflows, declining US Treasury yields, and a weakening US dollar, targeting $71,000 to $74,000.
Current valuations are near on-chain cost levels, and spot Bitcoin ETFs continue to see net inflows, providing support to the market. However, the high-interest-rate environment, persistently high US Treasury yields, and a strong US dollar still limit the upside potential of risk assets. The report also reminds investors to pay attention to the impact of macroeconomic events such as the August US non-farm payrolls, CPI, and the Jackson Hole central bank symposium on market liquidity.

According to BlockBeats, on August 5th, Robinhood is moving forward with the listing of Robinhood Ventures Fund II (RVII), providing retail investors with access to invest in Y Combinator seed-stage startups. The fund will issue 7.6 million shares at $25 per share, with a projected fundraising of up to $200 million. It is scheduled to list on the NYSE on August 13th (ticker symbol: RVII), subject to regulatory approval.
Unlike Fund I, which went public in March, RVII will focus on seed-stage startups—including current or former Y Combinator incubators and companies founded by YC alumni. The fund already holds stakes in 80 private companies, charging a 2% annual management fee and a 20% performance fee, resulting in a total annual expense ratio of approximately 4.18%. Robinhood itself describes its portfolio as "speculative," subject to "significant risk of loss," and does not offer redemption options. The subscription window closes on August 12th, with Goldman Sachs acting as the lead underwriter.
