Currently, there is no indication that Curvance's smart contracts have been attacked or compromised. Due to its fully isolated market architecture, other markets were not affected. Odaily Planet Daily reports that Bitcoin financial services company Swan Bitcoin and its operating entity, Electric Solidus Inc., are facing a lawsuit filed in a U.S. bankruptcy court in Delaware, seeking nearly $1 billion in damages. The lawsuit, filed by PCT Litigation Trust, aims to recover crypto assets related to the 2023 Prime Trust collapse. The plaintiffs allege that Swan used "insider, non-public information" to transfer funds in advance before Prime Trust's collapse, thereby avoiding significant losses. The lawsuit documents state that Swan transferred approximately 11,992 bitcoins (currently worth approximately $917 million) and other assets before Prime Trust filed for bankruptcy, including approximately $22.4 million in fiat currency, $5 million in stablecoins, and 91,444 XRP. The plaintiffs also allege that Swan had connections with a senior Prime Trust executive who also served as an external advisor to Swan and allegedly provided information to this executive before regulatory meetings, thus helping Swan to withdraw assets in advance. The response stated that the assets in question belonged to client trust property and should not be used for bankruptcy liquidation, and that the court would ultimately support its position. (Decrypt)
