According to Onchain Lens monitoring, Hyperliquid burned 19,750 HYPE tokens in the past 24 hours, worth $1.13 million; the protocol generated $1.6 million in transaction fees during the same period. According to a report by blockchain compliance analysis firm TRM Labs, following the full implementation of the EU's Crypto Asset Market Regulation Act (MiCA), only 281 out of the original 1,343 crypto asset service providers applied for and received operating licenses, approximately one-fifth. Of the more than 1,800 crypto organizations previously registered in Poland, none received MiCA authorization; in Lithuania, only 8 out of more than 400 were approved. German regulator BaFin authorized 55, while French and Dutch regulators each granted licenses to 29. TRM Labs' ratings show that among the unauthorized companies that exited the market, 12% were rated as high-risk or seriously risky, compared to 2% among authorized companies. The former sent $5 billion to sanctioned counterparties, while the latter sent $1.7 billion. The report points out that the sanction risk exposure of unauthorized companies is approximately four times that of authorized companies.
