BitPay stated that this license will support the company's expansion of crypto payments and stablecoin payments services in Europe. According to relevant requirements, all entities providing crypto-related services must be subject to regulation from July 1st. Jonathan Arler, BitPay's head of Europe, stated that Europe is one of the most important regions for the future development of payments. Previously, Ripple announced it had received a crypto asset service provider license from the Luxembourg financial regulator.

ORANGE JUICE plans to acquire small businesses with annual cash flow of $1 million to $10 million and will use a portion of its retained earnings for new acquisitions and Bitcoin purchases.
