According to Huoxun Finance, U.S. stocks closed Monday with the Dow Jones Industrial Average up 0.19%, the S&P 500 up 0.19%, and the Nasdaq Composite up 0.1%. Nvidia, Qualcomm, Intel, Micron Technology, and Western Digital all hit record closing highs. The Nasdaq China Golden Dragon Index closed up 1%, and Baidu rose 3%.

According to Coinglass data, $412 million in positions were liquidated across the entire Bitcoin exchange in the past 24 hours, including $203 million in long positions and $209 million in short positions. Specifically, $49.9281 million in Bitcoin long positions were liquidated, and $90.0656 million in Bitcoin short positions; $47.5867 million in Ethereum long positions were liquidated, and $29.9325 million in Ethereum short positions. A total of 104,564 people were liquidated globally during the same period. The largest single liquidation occurred on Binance's BTCUSDT trading pair, valued at $5.3606 million.

According to Huoxun Finance, the US dollar index rose 0.06% on May 12, closing at 97.955 in late trading. In late New York trading, the euro was worth $1.1775, down from $1.1778 the previous day; the pound sterling was worth $1.3629, up from $1.3622; the dollar was worth 157.21 yen, up from 156.71 yen; the dollar was worth 0.7782 Swiss francs, up from 0.7766 Swiss francs; the dollar was worth 1.3673 Canadian dollars, down from 1.3681 Canadian dollars; and the dollar was worth 9.2235 Swedish krona, down from 9.2323 Swedish krona.

In the past hour, total liquidations across the network reached $36.55 million, with $11.34 million from long positions, with $25.21 million from short positions. BTC liquidation $8.71 million, ETH liquidation $3.77 million.

According to Huoxun Finance, Coinglass data shows that if ETH breaks through $2,456, the cumulative short liquidation intensity on major CEXs will reach $1.319 billion; if ETH falls below $2,226, the cumulative long liquidation intensity on major CEXs will reach $893 million.
