APE Coin

ApeCoin（简称Ape）是由NFT最大蓝筹项目无聊猿游艇俱乐部（Bored Ape Yacht Club）母公司Yuga Lab推出，将其作为未来其&ldquo;猿宇宙&rdquo;的生态代币，并为Web3经济赋能。该项目自去年 4 月推出以来，已经迅速成长为NFT市场内按市值计算最有价值的NFT 项目。据了解，目前这 10,000 个&ldquo;无聊猿&rdquo; NFT 中最便宜的一个NFT售价约为 240,000 美元。有报道称，这家初创公司正在寻求以50亿美元的估值完成新一轮融资。此前就有消息称，Yuga Labs 前期在大肆炒作一个名为&ldquo;ApeCoin&rdquo;的代币，准备进军P2E（边玩边赚）游戏领域。
除了代币Ape，Yuga Labs还围绕猿宇宙推出了三个组织，分别是APE基金会（The APE Foundation），ApeCoin DAO和董事会（The Board），其中：
1、基金会（The APE Foundation）
基金会是整个生态系统的底层架构，扮演猿宇宙的&ldquo;管家&rdquo;。它将负责管理ApeCoin DAO的决策，以及日常中行政、记录、项目管理等工作，保证社区想法落地并实施。基金会的目标是保证生态系统的成长发展，并遵守社区的决定，使用生态系统基金（由多签钱包管理）支付相关费用。
2、ApeCoin DAO
ApeCoin DAO是猿宇宙的核心，是一个由所有APE持有者组成的去中心化自治组织。组织成员可以通过参与投票、提出共同决定生态系统基金的分配，治理规则、项目和合作等决定。
3、董事会（The Board）
董事会的初始成员任期为六个月，此后每年由自治组织投票选出。董事会负责监督基金会，管理社区的议案，并服务于社区的愿景，并开会对提案进行审阅。初始的五名董事会成员如下图，分别是Alexis Ohanian（Reddit的联合创始人，776 VC的创始人），Amy Wu（FTX风险投资和游戏主管），Maaria Bajwa （Sound Ventures的负责人），Yat Siu （Animoca Brands）联合创始人和Dean Steinbeck（Horizon Labs总裁兼法律顾问）。
APE 经济模型
APE的总量为10亿枚，并且不会被销毁，即不会产生通缩。其中，62%作为生态基金分配给基金会（其中的1.5亿枚将空投给BAYC/MAYC NFT的持有者），16%分配给Yuga Labs及其支持的慈善机构，14%发放给项目贡献者，8%留给项目联合创始人。空投将于美国东部时间3月17日上午8:30（北京时间3月17日晚上8:30）开始发放，具体看：
1）基金会将获得6.2亿枚代币，其中的1.5亿枚将在空投时分配给BAYC生态系统中的NFT的持有者，仅持有Bored Ape NFT的可以获得10094枚代币，仅持有Mutant Ape的可以获得2042枚代币，同时持有Bored Ape和Kennel Club将获得10950枚代币，同时持有Mutant Ape和Kennel Club将获得2898枚代币。另外的3.7亿枚将在空投开始时解锁117500000枚，剩余的将在未来的48个月内线性解锁，即每月解锁7343750枚。
2）Yuga Labs及其支持的慈善机构将获得1.6亿枚代币，其中1.5亿枚将在空投开始后先锁定12个月，此后分36个月线性释放，剩余的1000万枚代币将捐赠给慈善机构。
3）项目贡献者将获得1.4亿枚代币，其中1000万枚将在空投开始时解锁，6个月后、12个月后和18个月后分别解锁2500万枚，此外还有先锁定12个月，再分33个月发放的76万枚代币，以及先锁定12个月，再分36个月发放的83.3万枚代币。
4）项目创始人将获得8000万枚代币，并在空投12个月后的36个月内每月解锁约222万枚。
出于合规原因，BAYC母公司Yuga Labs与代币发布进行了&ldquo;分离&rdquo;。美国证券监管委员会（SEC）一直对NFT，特别是出售充当未注册证券的加密初创公司保持警觉，因此Ape代币其实是由名为ApeCoin DAO的实体发布，该实体并没有Yuga Labs的员工或高管。
作为2022年最受瞩目的事件之一，ApeCoin 一经推出就获得了极大的业界关注，迅速上线各大主流交易所，但目前有关ape 代币的用途尚不明确。
