STBL is a stablecoin protocol based on risk-on-value assets (RWAs) that utilizes a yield-splitting mechanism to convert yield-generating assets into liquid, USD-stable tokens. Minters deposit high-quality risk-on-value assets (RWAs), such as tokenized treasuries or money market funds, to receive USST as a stablecoin while retaining a separate claim to the yield. This structure allows users to unlock and reuse their principal without forfeiting yield—for example, by spending or deploying USST (e.g., USDT/USDC), reinvesting in other risk-on assets for compound returns, or participating in DeFi strategies—while the protocol converts the growth of on-chain collateral into a scalable and liquid stablecoin supply.
