How the Orion GPU Race Works?
Participants will need to own DeepLink Node to enter the Orion GPU Race. These nodes act as the entry point to the competition, which spans 180 days, divided into three rounds of 60 days each, with brief intervals between rounds. The goal is to encourage GPU miners to optimize their performance, earning substantial rewards in DLC tokens.
The total prize pool for the competition is 3 billion DLC tokens, valued at approximately $9 million USD. Of this, 1 billion DLC will be distributed to short-term participants, while 2 billion DLC is reserved for long-term participants. With 100% of DLC rental fees burned, the value of the remaining tokens is further boosted.
The platform also provides a tool for participants to calculate their daily earnings based on GPU performance, nodes available and geographic region etc.
For example, with the RTX 3070 GPU, and 20 DeepLink nodes, it's possible to get $360 worth of DLC per day.
